About This Course
This HND develops practical skills in construction project management, building technology, and contract administration. Graduates can progress directly to employment or onto a degree top-up.
Entry Routes
Academic Entry Route
No formal entry requirements. Relevant trades or industry experience is beneficial.
Non-Academic Entry Route
Applicants without formal academic qualifications may be considered on the basis of relevant work experience, professional background, or an Access to Higher Education Diploma. Mature students (aged 21+) are particularly encouraged to apply. Our admissions team will assess each application individually.
